Early morning yoga STEP3: With your right knee on the ground, inhale, while standing up your upper body, merge your hands on your head and look at the ceiling.
Then exhale while contracting the navel, and move closer to the heel of your left foot and take 5 deep breaths.
While exhaling, support both hands on the ground, return to your left foot, and bring your legs closer together.
After inhaling, exhale and lift the top towards the ceiling, so that the heels are on the ground, the body is mountain-shaped, and then take 5 deep breaths.
Early Morning Yoga STEP4: Stretch your knees to the ground with your hands behind your back, with your fingertips facing your back.
While inhaling, tighten and lift the top with your chest toward the ceiling.

While inhaling, return both hands to the front, lift your hips, and touch your limbs.

Early Morning Yoga STEP5: Stand up after breathing out, close your legs and bend forward.
Then inhale and insert both hands into the lower legs.
Look up and straighten your back muscles.
While exhaling, support your hands on the outside of your feet, relax your part, and bend forward.
At this time, shrink the navel.
Inhale while protruding straight.
Raise and merge your hands towards the ceiling, looking at your fingertips.
